Gratz Opus 118 currently offers private instruction in the following areas: guitar, piano and voice. Monthly tuition is $90 for a weekly 30-minute lesson. For students who wish to take weekly 1-hr lessons, tuition is $180.00 per month. All students who take lessons at Gratz receive a discount on all methods books, sheet music and accessories from our retail store. Each month, we hear our wonderful students in a “Studio Recital”. The recitals are on Saturday afternoon at 1:00 pm at our Beech Street Suite C. It gives our students the opportunity to perform a new or a favorite piece, and their families get the chance to hear the growth and development. All Studio Recitals are free and open to the public, and refreshments are served at the end. Watch for info on our upcoming recitals, either here on the website or our Facebook page.
Summer Programs
Lessons are offered during summertime as they are during the school year. During the summer of 2017, we will offer a sight-singing class for all vocal/choral students wishing to sharpen their reading and singing skills during the summer. We also are planning a “Collaborative Music Summer Program”, where our students or new students can explore the world of collaborative music-making with their friends who play different instruments.
